Overview & Key Notes: This smart BMS delivers efficient active balancing to improve usable capacity and long-term battery health. Use it for e-bikes, solar battery packs, UPS, EV prototypes and other low-voltage battery systems requiring reliable cell monitoring and protection. Configure equalization voltage, charge/discharge protection parameters and view single-cell voltages via the Bluetooth APP or LCD.
Important Usage Notes:
- After connecting the BMS, use a power supply at least 5 V higher than the battery pack voltage to activate the unit.
- This BMS may be incompatible with certain relays and inverters; it can occasionally display a "Current sensor abnormal" warning or show inaccurate current readings when connected to some relays/inverters. If accurate current reporting with those systems is critical, do not purchase.
- The RS485 converter is only for transferring communication to RS485. It cannot be connected directly to a PC without an additional RS485 module. Wiring: yellow = 485A, white = 485B, black = GND (black wire connection is optional). Protocol will be provided after purchase; software is not included. Users unfamiliar with serial port debugging should exercise caution.
