At Fanzy Market, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must include original packaging

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, customization, or final sale restrictions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item received

  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Customers may request a return after delivery in accordance with this policy.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Used products

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Personal care items

Lost or Stolen Packages

Fanzy Market is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we will do our best to assist customers in resolving delivery issues.
