Important Notes:

  • Strips are commonly spot-welded every 0.5 m in manufacturing; this is normal and not a defect.
  • Do not bend the super-narrow strip sharply to avoid damage.
  • Use the correct voltage: DC 5V strips must use a 5V supply (do not exceed 5.5V). DC 12V strips must use a 12V supply (do not exceed 12.5V).
  • If white appears warm/orange at long runs, increase supply voltage or use a closer power injection point to prevent voltage drop.
