Overview: The internal ball float allows water to flow until the preset level is reached; buoyancy lifts the float to close the valve and stop flow. When the level drops, the valve reopens to replenish water automatically—no electricity required. The compact design and extended 1/2-inch BSP male thread make installation simple on most BSP fittings; for NPT threads use PTFE tape to ensure a watertight seal. Install the inlet filter to prevent sand and debris from blocking the valve. For indoor installations, add an emergency overflow or secondary safeguard since mechanical autofill systems can fail.
