How to upload photos and videos
Connect the frame to your computer using the supplied USB-C cable. Make sure the USB-C plug is fully inserted so the frame appears as an external drive. Copy photos into the PIC folder and videos into the VIDEO folder. Match file orientation to the frame: horizontal screens use 16:9 files, vertical screens use 9:16 files. 1:1 format is not supported. Recommended maximum video file size: 800 MB.
