How we work
We are an online-only retailer. We do not manufacture the products we sell — we source them from manufacturers and suppliers and list them with full specifications, including the measurements and limitations that are not always flattering. Where a product has a caveat worth knowing (a manual-measurement tolerance, a colour variance, a capacity limit), we put it in the description rather than leaving you to discover it.
We also say when we don't stock something. Our buying guides link only to products we actually carry, and where a guide covers a category we don't sell, it says so and points you elsewhere.
